Heel Support
The dual action of heel bone support and spreading the toes strengthens foot muscles, keeps bones flexible and allows the arch to work naturally. Controlling the alignment of the heel improves ambulatory stability of the arch and reduces strain on the lower leg muscles. Break the myth - high arch support in shoes actually weakens the arch muscles. Heal support is critical to foot health.
