The Budget Yoga Bolster is an economical, firm and round bolster. The small & Large Size both have handles at both ends and an insert inside, which means the cover can easily be removed and washed. 

These covers are sold seperately so you can stuff them with your own materials to your own suited density/support.

Flat surface gives stability and contoured sides provide comfort.

Ideal when sitting against a wall, or place under the spine to open chest when lying in relaxation.

These are our most popular bolsters; they all have a great medium support which is suitable for all types of yoga practices.

The Budget grade is made mostly overseas and is adequate
