Stretching Strap Benefits & Uses:

Yoga straps are used by yoga beginners and experts alike as they can add an extra challenge to your workout by increasing resistance (-> improve your strength!). Yoga straps are also often used to deepen or guide certain stretches.

You can add the straps to any pose to increase the resistance level for example during the warrior pose when you hold your arms in a distance from each other.

When you want to deepen your stretches using the straps, they function as an extension of your reach. This can be especially helpful if you are not (yet) flexible enough to hold certain poses without further support.
