The solution to this problem is our non-slip rug underlays that are easily applied and provide the required grip so your rugs stop sliding.

The premium product used to stop rugs moving on carpets. Supertight grip guaranteed to hold any rug on any carpet. Especially ideal for lightweight rugs, dhurries, high-traffic areas and holding down edge curls. Rug-Lock is washable and foil backed for easier installation.
Tight enough grip to quickly lay room carpet! Rugs adhere as if glued and are wheelchair resistant (subject to a suitable top material). Rugs remain easily removable.

NOTES:
For best grip to any floor surface: The floors must be free of: dust, fluff, wax and grease. 
Available in a large range of sizes, rolls or pre-cuts.
Rug underlays should extend to within 50mm of the edge of your rug. Sides can be butted together without any tape or adhesive.

Sizing Details (see prices in Options box on bottom of page):

Choose the closest size to your rug. With Rug Lock you can simply trim it to your exact desired size with just plain household scissors.

Maximum gap - You can leave 5cm (2 inches either side) as a border so it is not seen.

Available Sizes (available in various pre-cut lengths or custom cut sizes):

60cm wide (2 foot, or 24 inches wide)    $12.00 / mtr ($13.20 / mtr inc GST)
80cm wide (2ft 8in, or 32 inches wide)   $16.00 / mtr ($17.60 / mtr inc GST)

If your rug is bigger, we double up, for example


240cm wide will be made up by two pieces 120cm laid next to each other.
300cm wide will be made up by one piece 120cm and one piece 180cm side by side.
330cm wide will be made up as above, just leave a slight gap in the middle.
360cm wide will be made up by two pieces 180cm laid next to each other.

Remember, the underlay does not move, and it is much easier to lay two pieces side by side than using one large size. Any queries - just ask on your order form. We do not debit your card automatically in advance, it is done manually when we have read your notes and worked out the perfect size for your rug.
