A challenging workout that brings together the best of ballet and fitness to strengthen your body and refresh your mind. This DVD combines dance-like moves and the foundational principles of STOTT PILATES® to create a workout that will tone and strengthen the legs, core and upper body.

WORKOUT LEVEL: Intermediate (Level 3 of 5)
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Stability Barre, Foam Roller, Mat, Toning Ball, Mini Stability Ball and Ankle Strength Tubing.

By using the Stability Barre and other props you will maintain the fluidity and agility of a dancer, while feeling toned and energized from head to toe.
