We never rent, sell or share or disclose your details to anyone else. We may use your contact information to complete an order or send you occasional newsletters and updates about new products and sales. These come with a convenient opt-out feature. There is no Credit Card processing off site by anyone else. If you believe that we have collected incorrect information , please let us know immediately so we can fix it.

For the fastest order processing, please pay with a credit card. If you wish to pay EFT, or by cheque in advance, please contact us by phone or email in advance and ALWAYS provide a reference so we can pick it up from our Bank Statements. EFT may take a day or two longer to despatch for reasons of verification. Cheques may have to be cleared first which can day a few days longer.

On most occasions we use Australian Post as well as contracted road freighters for our deliveries which are coded to enable us to keep track of your parcels and have to be signed for on delivery. We do have the option to instruct freight to be left in secure places that you nominate. Changes may apply depending on the goods you have ordered (e.g. Australian Post only delivers goods up to a certain size). Australia is a huge country however usually we can get freight to you within a few working days. If there is an urgent rush, we can expedite delivery with a Premium Service, we can quote you separately on this if you wish.
Minimum postage charge is AUD$10.00 and added to the credit card prior to shipping, we have flat rate shipping on Jade and Manduka Mats depending where you are located, you can call or email us for a quote before we process payment.
Orders placed before 12pm are generally shipped same day, otherwise next business day.

You are welcome to pick up your order from our Melbourne office. Simply state that you wish to 'pick up' in the yellow message box when placing your order (below the credit card section). We will call or email you to inform you when your goods will be ready for pick up. Goods can be picked up Monday to Friday from 9am to 4.30pm.
Also, you are welcome to use your own carrier. If you want to use a specific delivery company for your shipment (generally large shipments), just organize them to pick up the goods from us (we will let you know when the goods are ready for pick up).

Please note our drivers are unable to call you with delivery time prior to delivery.
We ship orders anywhere in the world! But usually delivery prices are calculated by the weight of the goods, and many of the products we sell are quite heavy (e.g. 4kg heavy VB yoga mat). Therefore costs for postage can get high easily. So keep in mind that you have to cover the delivery costs! As a guide line it is more economical per kg to order in bulk in one shipment (up to 20kg), rather than several small shipments. For items that are too big for the post, we can send by sea freight or air freight and we are happy to find the best price for you on that and quote you.
Also be aware of the custom regulations that apply to the delivery destination. We do not take responsibility for any additional costs, delays or issues caused by customs. Please allow up to three weeks for international goods to arrive. If there are any delays, please check your tracking information that will be emailed to you (if you do not receive this please let us know and we will forward you your consignment information) and furthermore contact the Postal Service provider in your country.
All international orders must be paid in full in advance and are GST free. Deliveries within Australia to go overseas must be accompanied by a copy of the overseas travel ticket or itinerary.
We offer our customers quantity discounts on most products we sell. The more items you purchase from one product, the less you pay for each one. Please find the quantity discounts in our online store as they are all listed. Free Mat Swatches are available for wholesale customers, including yoga and pilates instructors, studios, health and fitness centres, schools and others placing bulk orders. The prices here are international in Australian Dollars. Sales in Australia have GST applied automatically at checkout. International customers do not pay GST. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, EMP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. EMP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, EMP shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Our aim is to please our customers and your satisfaction is very important to us.
We search very hard for products which are made to stringent quality controls, however should you find a fault, we need to be contacted immediately. Rarely, items are damaged in transit, that must be reported to us immediately so that we can follow up as we hold insurance to cover this within Australia.
In that case we will gladly provide a replacement at no charge and arrange to have the damaged item(s) returned to us. We may ask your co-operation in this by providing you with a Reply Paid Postal account Number for you to take back to the post office, or in signing off on a return con-note that the pick up driver will provide.
If the fault is not due to freight, our normal policy is to ask for a regular envelope size sample of the damage together with an emailed image and Purchase Order / Invoice Number it pertains to (proof or purchase) to be sent to us in order to put through a claim.
Unused items with factory seals may be returned for exchange or store credit (less costs of freight) up to 14 days from purchase. Products returned without our prior approval may be refused and will not be credited.
We do not accept returns on any used, superseded, customised, AS IS, special order, discounted or sale items, nor any video, book, cd, blown up balls, broken items etc. If unsure please ask for a statement in writing at time of purchase. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee, a minimum of $20 or 15% whichever is the greater. We reserve the right to refuse to take back goods which may have been subjected to unhygienic conditions (e.g. blown up fitness balls, yoga bolsters, used mats, shoes & clothing etc. for possibilities including contact dermatitis etc.). For questions about possible restocking fees, please contact us before returning your order.
We ask you to please check the suitability of the material for your purpose before you sew or glue it to another product. We are not responsible for expenses which are caused by wrong material or taking the material from the final product if it is not fit for the purpose.
All claims to be submitted in writing with full contact details so we can get back to you. Faulty product claims should be accompanied by an image (e.g. digital from phone/camera is ok) being emailed to us on firstname.lastname@example.org together with proof of purchase. Images taken with a basic camera such as a mobile cell phone are acceptable. Email claims are easier to attend to: email@example.com
Please note the following. Additional freight fees may be charged after order processing if information is not accurate or no instructions are given as where to leave if no one is there to receive the goods. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept returns on international orders.
It is your responsibility to insure the goods during return as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost in the post or damaged when being returned. Once we receive the goods back we will either replace the item or issue store credit and return to you again. Please allow at least 2 working weeks for your return to arrive and a replacement to come back to you before calling or emailing us to query the transaction.

As stated our order process is to process orders within minutes or receiving them. You have the opportunity to cancel your online placed orders but it must be immediately after ordering. You must call us on +61 (0)3 9500 1819 for any order cancellations and if possible email us as well. (Email only may not be effective if our computer is down, or a member of staff is away). The entire amount of your order will be refunded to you for all products that have not yet been shipped. In case the Credit Card has already been put through (no auto debit exists here, it is only manual), you can then be credited that same day. Since we try to handle all orders as quickly as possible, it is your responsibility to cancel orders verbally asap.
Already shipped orders can often not be cancelled without charge to you. In some instances we are able to stop the delivery, but this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to a one-to-one basis. Also note that you must cover ALL incurred costs (shipping, handling, return and maybe a restocking fee) if goods have already gone out.

Orders from corporations, fitness and health clubs and all other businesses must be paid for prior to shipping.
