Our Khari Meditation Set combines the comfort of a thick, plush zabuton with a round meditation cushion with your choice of filling. Cotton Filling will give you a more solid seat and promote a higher, straighter posture. Buckwheat Filling is a more malliable filling that will mould to your shape for a more comfortable seat that is more popular for longer sessions.

These cushions feature removable covers that can be washed (cold water suggested). You can also unzipper the inner cushions to add or remove the filling to better suit your shape and comfort level.
