Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you're having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it, please call our staff as soon as possible on 03 9500 1819, as we are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, if it has been released for processing we cannot guarantee we can cancel or change the order.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, EFT and gift cards (you can purchase gift cards in store and online). We can split payments between credit cards, all you need to do is contact us to arrange payment. If paying via EFT, please specify this in the yellow message box when checking out, alternatively you can email us with your order and we will send you back an invoice. Please note orders are subject to review.

What currency are your prices?

Prices on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free delivery on bulky items?

Much to our regret we cannot offer free delivery of any quantity of our bulky items.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! If you are local, you have the option to pick up your order. Alternatively you can have a friend, relative, or courier pick up on your behalf.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before midday should be dispatched either the same day, or the next business day.
Normal delivery times are between 2-7 business days.

(Please note that Far North Queensland, Northern Territory & Western Australia may take a few extra days.)

Where can I specify shipping instructions?

You're welcome to include specific shipping instructions for your order directly on the cart page, where you'll find a section to add order notes. For detailed information about our shipping practices, please refer to our shipping policy.


Can I mix-and-match items to reach a volume discount?

Absolutely! Combining different items may still qualify you for a volume discount, granted the total quantity of yoga mats purchased reaches our set threshold for such savings.

How do I submit a Purchase Order (PO) for processing?

If you have a purchase order ready, our dedicated wholesale team would be happy to facilitate the processing for you.

Do you offer net payment terms?

We appreciate the needs of various organisations and accommodate payment terms accordingly. Schools, universities, and government organisations are welcomed to submit purchase orders on account. For corporate clients, fitness and health clubs, and other businesses, payment is kindly required before items are shipped.

For our established customers who frequently place large orders, we can offer the possibility of net payment terms. If you fall into this category, we'll send you a Credit Application form. Just complete and return it with your order, and we'll take care of the rest.


Can I order a rug underlay cut to specific dimensions?

Certainly! While we offer rug underlays in standard sizes and by the metre directly through our online store, we're also glad to accommodate custom precision-cut sizes upon request. Do note that additional charges may apply for custom cuts. Please get in touch for further assistance.
