Thanks to the hydrophobic surface sealing (water-repellent), it can be used on any surface. The robust all-round exercise mat lies firmly on the floor and thus supports intensive workouts (e.g. HIIT, with dumbbells, fitness equipment, martial arts and yoga).

The CardioMAT are particularly suitable for individual and partner exercises. Thanks to its 8 mm thickness, it is sound-insulating and shock-absorbing even under heavy loads. Thus the perfect addition to any indoor or outdoor training facility. It impresses with its exceptional stability, a large-area cushioning effect and an abrasion-resistant surface, which enables both training with shoes and barefoot. Cleaning is possible without any problems with commercially available disinfectants or water with water with dishwater detergent.
