Key Information & Process

Minimums & Cost:
We require a minimum order of 20 yoga mats for printing jobs. The more mats you print, the more cost-effective your order will become. Please note, we only print on yoga mats purchased directly from us.

 

Color Options:

- The pricing is based on the number of colours, not the number of images.

- One-colour prints are the most affordable.

- You're welcome to mix and match mat colours to suit your needs

- We can also accommodate full-colour printing if required.

- If Pantone colours are not provided, we will endeavor to match to the closest available Pantone colours.

- *Please note: we can only print solid colours (100% density). Due to our printing process, gradients and shades are not possible.

 

Printing Placement:

Yoga Mats:

- We offer small and large printing areas.

- Small printing area: 550mm x 300mm
(Best for logos or small graphics.)

- Large printing area: 1800mm x 600mm
(Covers a full size standard mat, up to 5cm from the border)

- For small areas (maximum 550 x 300mm), we can apply a transfer print which offers the best quality. Larger format prints, however, can only be hand-printed.

Pilates Balls:

- Logos are typically 100mm x 50mm and can be placed randomly around the ball.

- Please note: we require a minimum order quantity of 100.

While our printing is durable, it's worth noting that prints may show wear in areas of high use (where hands and feet frequently go). For longevity, we suggest placing your design along the middle of the mat, away from these high-contact points, though the final decision is yours.

All mats are hand-printed. Due to the non-flat surface of yoga mats, achieving a perfectly even and consistent 100% print, especially over large areas, can be challenging.

Lead Time:

Our standard lead time is 14 business days from the date of payment. This duration can vary depending on the number of colours and the quantity ordered. Please anticipate a 3-week lead time for most print jobs.

• Your logo size (Small - 30cm x 50cm or Large Full Mat Print)
• How many colors are in your logo
• The required date (please factor in our 3-week lead time for most jobs)

Order Process:

1. Email your print-ready image and preferred mat placement to wholesale@empind.com.au. (For optimal results, please provide your artwork as a TIFF or EPS file.)
2. Upon confirmation of your order and receipt of payment, we will prepare the necessary artwork and email it to you for your review and approval before production commences.
3. At this stage, you may request minor changes without incurring additional costs.
4. Once you are fully satisfied, please email back your approval so we can proceed with your order.
