Our 6mm Solid Studio Yoga Mat comes with a much more solid build than the other mats available in our Economy Range.
These mats are a more dense, more supportive version of our Thick 6.2mm Budget Yoga Mats. These mats provide a dense, solid support that is suitable for all floor types and can be used inside or outdoors, no problem at all.

You can use both sides of these mats, one side is a textured bubble surface and the other is a smooth surface. There is no right side or wrong side, it all comes down to personal preference.
